Certificate Issuance Policy

The school issues course completion certificates only to students who successfully satisfy all required program standards.

1. Eligibility for Certificate

To receive a certificate, a student must complete all required elements, which may include:

• all instructional modules

• required time participation standards

• quizzes or knowledge checks

• final examination

• identity/account verification requirements

• any administrative holds resolved

2. Verification Prior to Issuance

Before issuance, student records may be reviewed to confirm:

• accurate identity information

• completed progress records

• passing scores

• no unresolved fraud concerns

• compliance with school policies

3. Certificate Content

Certificates may include:

• student full name

• completion date

• certificate number

• course name

• school name

• authorized signature or approval designation

4. Delivery Method

Certificates may be provided by one or more of the following:

• downloadable digital copy

• email delivery

• printed mailing copy (if offered)

Delivery timelines may vary.

5. Name Accuracy

Students are responsible for ensuring their legal name is entered correctly before certificate issuance.

Name changes or reissues after issuance may require verification.

6. Replacement Certificates

Replacement or duplicate certificates may be available upon request.

Administrative fees may apply if disclosed.

7. Denial / Delay of Issuance

A certificate may be delayed or denied if:

• course incomplete

• unpaid balance exists

• suspected fraud

• false registration data

• unresolved technical or administrative review

8. Lost, Damaged, or Expired Use

Students are responsible for safeguarding their certificate after issuance.

Use of certificates is subject to applicable agency rules.

9. No Guarantee of Government Acceptance

Issuance of a school certificate does not independently guarantee acceptance by any outside agency if the student fails separate legal requirements.

10. Administrative Authority

The Program Director or authorized administrator has authority to review completion eligibility and approve issuance.
